1. Returns Policy
We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations or needs. Therefore, we allow returns for non-prescription items under the following conditions:
- Timeframe for Returns: We accept returns within 3 days from the date of delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot process returns beyond this period. Any product returned after 3 days from the delivery date will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
- Condition of Product: The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. If the seal or packaging has been tampered with, we cannot accept the return. The item should be in the same condition as when it was delivered to you.
- Eligibility for Return: Only non-prescription items are eligible for return. Prescription medications and personal care products cannot be returned once they have been opened or delivered to the customer. Please ensure that you check the product carefully before purchasing.
- Return Shipping: Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a reliable delivery service with tracking to ensure that the returned item reaches us safely. EverMeds is not responsible for any items lost during the return shipment.
- Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@evermeds.in within 3 days of receiving the product. Provide your order number and reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the return process. Please ensure the returned item is well-packed to avoid damage during transit.
2. Refund Policy
Refund Eligibility: A refund will be issued only after we have received the returned product and confirmed that it meets the conditions outlined in our return policy (i.e., unused, unopened, and in original packaging).
Refund Process: Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will initiate the refund. Refunds are processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. The processing time for refunds may vary depending on your bank or payment provider, but typically it takes between 5-10 business days.
Partial Refunds: If the returned product is damaged or does not meet our return policy conditions, we may issue a partial refund or refuse the refund entirely. Refunds will not include the shipping charges paid for delivery or return.
Product Exchange: We do not offer exchanges. If you want a different product, please return the item following our return process and place a new order for the alternative product.
3. Non-Returnable Products
- Prescription medications.
- Items that have been opened or used.
- Personal care products (e.g., toiletries, cosmetics).
- Products that are damaged after delivery.
4. Delivery Charges for Returns
Please note that delivery charges for returning products will be borne by the customer. EverMeds does not cover the cost of return shipping. The shipping charges for the initial order will not be refunded.
In case of a defective product or a mistake from our end (e.g., wrong product shipped), EverMeds will bear the return shipping cost, but this must be approved by our customer service team.
5. How to Request a Return or Refund
To request a return or refund, please follow these steps:
- Contact Customer Support: Email us at support@evermeds.in with your order details, including the product(s) you wish to return and the reason for the return.
- Initiate the Return: After receiving confirmation from our support team, send the item back to us. We will provide you with the return address and further instructions.
- Wait for Inspection: Once we receive the product, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy. If the product is eligible for a return, we will proceed with the refund.

In certain cases, we may make exceptions to our return and refund policy, especially in cases of damaged or defective products. If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us immediately. We are committed to resolving any problems you may have.
